Pont Labs — Pont Scout

Truly autonomous mapping and inventory scans

Scout explores your warehouse as it actually is and builds the map itself. That is the difference: most systems execute routes inside a map a survey crew built at install time. Scout makes the mapping decisions — where to go next to learn what the space looks like — on its own.

No install project, no markers, no survey crew. The output is a current as-built map and an inventory audit you can act on.

How we work

How it works

01

Explore

Scout goes in first and explores the facility itself — it decides where it needs to go to learn what the space looks like. No pre-built map, no markers, no install project.

02

Map and audit

You get a current as-built map, a location and inventory audit, and a drift report: records vs. reality.

03

Repeat

Repeat scans on a cadence, so the map and the counts stay true instead of decaying as the layout changes.

Deliverables

What you get

As-built map

A current 2D/3D map of the facility as it actually is — racks moved, mezzanines added, drawings stale. The map is the truth now.

Inventory audit

Location verification flown off that map: phantom locations, drift, and count accuracy, without lifts, scanners, or a wall-to-wall shutdown.

Condition record

Dated, measured documentation of the property — area verification, roof and facade, and turnover records an owner can price and negotiate from.

Built for 3PLs and distributors, manufacturers with layouts that change quarterly, and commercial property owners who need a measured record of what they own.

Pilot scans — booking now in the East Bay

One facility, fixed price, before/after measured.
